I've just been on an excellent two day workshop in London on Business Energetics, led by Sejual Shah. I'd called Sejual ("Say - Jel") a couple of times before the workshop as I wasn't at all sure it was for me. She empathised so well with where I was I felt entirely confident in attending.

Business Energetics recognises that the default tool for planning and running a business is usually thinking. Which we use to produce a rigorously logical business plan! Sejual however suggests thinking is only one tool, and a highly specialised one too. She empowers people to work with their business in a way which is much richer, balanced and inclusive - because it is much more human! We were reminded being human means our ideas and behaviour are also influenced by our emotions, beliefs, all sorts of cultural and relationship baggage, and by a well-hidden subconscious.

If we rely on thinking and logic alone, so much of our enthusiasm and creativity can go untapped, and stuff like fears, fixed beliefs or cultural norms are suppressed or unrecognised too. It became clear to me during the workshop how emotional blindness can impoverish our imagination and outlook, dampen our motivation and also leave us vulnerable to undetected emotional stumbling blocks.

Sejual was gentle, compassionate, open and honest in her approach as she showed us how to deal with mindset blocks - I felt completely safe, trusting and comfortable with her throughout the two days. She facilitates changes in Emotional Intelligence that can be quickly felt - I volunteered as a demo during the course, and I'm still feeling the powerful benefit of that 30 minute session on an issue which has been holding me back for many years.

I recently attended Level 1 EFT with Sejual and wanted to write a testimonial for her. I found her training very clear, informative and professional in a relaxed and very welcoming environment.

She clearly is a very inspirational lady who is very intuitive and warm and it really shines through how much she enjoys the work she does.

I attended the course over two days to include "EFT for abundance". These two days brought to the forefront some painful memories which were healed during the course of the weekend with Sejual and by using the techniques I was learning. It really does work.

When the time is right for me I will return to Sejual for my level 2 EFT. Thank you, Sejual, once again.

I was already doing a body/mind rebalancing course with the aid of Bioresonance, when one afternoon, I was led to a page in my Budwig manual about EFT. I had some issues from long ago to recently, that continued to �haunt' me, to a point where they interfered with my progress. I was never convinced that opening up to a conventional counsellor would be the answer for me...No, I wanted deep lasting peace.

After searching the web, I found Sejual. I liked what I read about her and we arranged to have an initial chat. Immediately, she put me at ease. She told me what to expect from EFT and the gentle and rapid relief from emotional pain it brings about.

I have now had five one to one appointments with Sejual and done the EFT 1 course. The mind has an amazing ability to heal. With Sejual, who is a most sensitive, intuitive guide, I was able to fade away past traumas to a point where they no longer cause a problem and in a matter of minutes! It seems incredible at first, but once you clear one problem, you clear another and another, until EFT becomes a natural first aid option easily at hand!

With the help of EFT I now sleep like a baby; have a better relationship with those I love and it has even reduced the pain from a debilitating back problem I have from time to time.

Yesterday I attended the Business Energetics workshop in Birmingham, hosted by the delightful Sejual Shah. It was almost as though I felt guided to attend, and I had a sense that it would be important for me.

I just wanted to thank you for yesterday (EFT Level 1) As you know I was in two minds about attending because of my tragic news at the start of the week. But I am so glad that I came.

You are a beautiful person and a very good teacher. You explained everything in simple language but managed to keep it fascinating and pace it correctly. And your honesty in sharing your personal stories with us made it feel like a very safe place to let go. I got so much out of it and I am in love with EFT :-) And it was such a lovely group of girls.

I have spent some time this am watching the pre Tapping summit videos and reading through the course information you gave us. And I am so excited about my EFT journey. I intend to practise it every day and watch/read everything I can find on it. And I very much look forward to doing the level 2.

I worked with Sejual a year ago to deal with some work issues that were holding me back with progressing my career, but during this time I also went through recurring painful cystitis and a traumatic experience at my doctor's surgery.

Sejual guided me on using EFT to effectively relieve the pain of the cystitis (greatly reduced within one hour), reduce its occurrences, and deal with the memory of the experience at the doctors. These were items were I instantly benefitted from her experience and fantastic guidance. All our sessions were done over Skype - it was so easy to schedule these in the evenings after work.

In regards to my work life, Sejual gave me a way of dealing with situations, present and past, to reduce my fear and understand my own self worth, ensuring effective delivery from me for my clients. This in turn led to my career progressing on its own rather than me forcing it.

I am grateful for all her help and advice - I am a much healthier person in mind and body now because of my sessions with her.

I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing to find a way to �move on' in life - work, relationship or otherwise!
