EFT for surrendering to the best outcome

This month's article points to where trust in a higher source of energy can help you in achieving your goals, particularly when you have worked diligently in gaining clarity and taking appropriate inspired action. If you know how to do EFT at a simple level or more try the following setups to start to ease the fears about not doing so much.

"Even though I absolutely must keep hold of this situation as I don't know who will look after me, I love and accept myself "

"Even though I'm not sure I can trust anyone else to manage this situation for me, I'm scared they won't give me what I desire, I love and accept myself anyway "

"Even though I've been trying so long and hard to get my result out, what if surrendering to my highest outcome could give me what I seek? "

I have indicated where to tap while saying each of the phrases below. You may repeat this round more than once if you wish.

1st Round

Head: "I have to manage this situation"

Eyebrow: "That’s how I've gotten so far "

Side of Eye: "Who will look after my needs if I let go? "

Under Eye: "How will they know to care for me just as I need and want? "

Nose: "I doubt that's possible "

Chin: "I've got to keep plodding on with this "

Collarbone: "I'm scared of letting go "

Under Arm: "What if it goes wrong without me watching over it all? "

Ribs: "I'm not sure I can afford to loosen my control "

2nd Round

Head: "But how has controlling the situation helped me so far? "

Eyebrow: "It's gotten me into a worried place "

Side of Eye: "I've had to work so hard and not seen hard results as yet "

Under Eye: "Maybe by taking a step back "

Nose: "I can better assess the situation "

Chin: "And see that I have taken good sensible action so far "

Collarbone: "Maybe there's nothing more for me to do "

Under Arm: "Except to allow it to come in "

Ribs: "And surprise me with how I can accept the best outcome to be better than I've ever dreamed of "

 

If any negative thoughts or feelings remain about believing in your own affirmations use your own words to neutralise them until they are gone. Then move on to the positive.

Head: "I like the relaxed feeling that's coming into my being "

Eyebrow: "It feels good to know that someone else will take care of me "

Side of Eye: "That by surrendering to my highest good "

Under Eye: "I’m allowing the blessings to fall into my lap "

Nose: "And so enjoy a more peace-filled life "

Chin: "One that is focused on being in balance "

Collarbone: "I'm happy to allow this wonderful result into my life "

Under Arm: "I'm grateful that I can watch it happen before me "

Ribs: "Thank you for this blessing which I accept with deep peace "
