This month's article is about how to release fears you may have about the dangers of swine flu and so give your immune system a boost. Tap through the wording below to help you shed the worries you have about this health issue so that you can make clear-thinking choices on how to best manage your health.

While tapping the karate chop spot on either hand, repeat these phrases out loud, or change the words to fit your exact situation.
"Even though I've heard so many negative messages about how this virus can harm me and my loved ones, maybe I can let go of some of this fear "
"Even though I get more fearful every time I listen to a report on the news, and it's getting hard to know who to trust, maybe I can choose to listen to my own thoughts on what feels best for me "
"Even though I'm frightened they'll force me to have a jab when I'm not sure it's safe for me, maybe it's gonna get easier for me to release this fear "
I have indicated where to tap while saying each of the phrases below. You may repeat this round more than once if you wish.

1st Round
Head: "All this fear about the swine flu "
Eyebrow: "They made it sound so deadly "
Side of Eye: "And now winter is coming in I'm wondering if I need to take this more seriously "
Under Eye: "The news reports have started banging their drums about this "
Nose: "And I feel this fear for me and my loved ones "
Chin: "I don't know who to trust anymore "
Collarbone: "I'm wondering if the vaccine is gonna be safe "
Under Arm: "What if they force me to take it when I don't want to? "
Ribs: "All this swine flu fear "
Keep tapping on specific bits of fear you connect with the swine flu until they are virtually gone. Then tap on the positive phrases below.

Head: "I want to let go of all this swine flu fear "
Eyebrow: "I don't like being controlled by this fear "
Side of Eye: "I don't have to be held back by this fear "
Under Eye: "I like to think I'm a rational person able to think easily when my mind is clear "
Nose: "So what if I could clear this remaining fear and then weigh up my options? "
Chin: "I'd like to be able to make a decision that's right for me "
Collarbone: "People in white coats and those writing in the press have an opinion "
Under Arm: "I have an opinion too "
Ribs: "And I can do what feels best for me. "
