In EFT we’re encouraged to focus on something called our Personal Peace Procedure. This is an approach that allows us to clear the most troublesome memories from our past and so create greater peace. It’s been a vital part of my self healing.
A foundational element to working with EFT is to go through the Personal Peace Procedure (PPP). Gary Craig, the creator of EFT, devised the PPP to help people clear distressing memories from the past and so work constructively towards a deeper sense of peace. In my view the PPP is an excellent tool. I’ve used the method to find a sense of calm that has given me such stability.
“They say it’s best to ride this financial crisis out and wait for things to improve.”
You may have heard recently that the founder of EFT, Gary Craig, has announced his retirement from spreading word about this therapy due to health reasons. You can read about this on his site. Gary has played an amazing role in leading EFT into mass public awareness. It’s sad to lose a visionary of his calibre from this specific field. That said Gary intends to develop new areas of healing. I invite you to leave a few words at the end of his blog to let him know how you personally have benefited from his liberal giving of EFT to the world.
They say it's about enjoying the journey, rather than achieving the goal. Why should I care about the journey that gets me to my end result? Isn’t this newsletter meant to be focused on achieving my goal?
